Customer

Today we administer all employee benefits for a large hospital company.  The company owns 80 hospitals that employs around 20,000 fulltime employees.  We are the single source for all enrollment, billing and customer service.  We receive all paper enrollments from each location, and then the information is stored electronically in our database.

Reports
eBass includes unlimited customized reports, and automated data transfers to carriers. eBass provides an employee census report with current employee elections that may be used to obtain quotes from other carriers. The enrollment service also generates reports with summary and detailed costs for each benefit.

Complete Solution
We send weekly electronic eligibility files to each carrier.  The paper stops in our office.  We also have on-line enrollment capabilities. 

Payment and Billing System
Monthly reports can be prepared and emailed to locations for verification and payment to vendors.
